The space Perched atop a magnificent cliff overlooking the tranquil South China Sea and located within the exclusive Maya Maya Subdivision, The Two Oceans Residence is a masterpiece of beach-inspired design and craftsmanship. From its Balinese-inspired touches to its traditional Asian waterfront architecture featuring the use of natural materials, the residence is a welcome beachfront escape only 2 hrs from Manila. Featuring a private pool and a jacuzzi overlooking the ocean, a relaxation area conducive for decompressing from the chaos of the City and with beach access just a behind the house, the Residence is truly the perfect escape. With 5 fully air-conditioned bedrooms each with its own toilet and bath, linens and towels, the residence can accommodate up to 12 guests in style and comfort. Modern conveniences abound: 100mbps wifi, cable TV and hot water. We also have a brand new genset installed. As the residence is self-catered a fully-fitted kitchen with all items you would need to prepare meals is available for guests use. Cutlery and crockery is provided. Massage services are also available upon request and may be booked on arrival. You may also book boat tours with the local banceros, our staff can help you arrange. Two Oceans guests have access to the private Maya Maya beach, located at the Maya Maya Yacht Club, a five minute walk from the residence. The beach is shallow and swimmable, perfect for kids. Guest access Guests have full use of the entire house for the duration of their stay. There is 24hr security and a washing machine for longer-staying guests. Daily room cleaning is also available for longer staying guests. Our staff sells 5 gal. bottles of water for our water dispenser so there is no need to bring your own, as well as charcoal for our outdoor BBQ. Please bring your own coolers with ice. Ice is available from the 7-Eleve's en route. There is a local market and grocery stores in Nasugbu town 15 mins away where you can stock up on provisions for your stay. Other things to note Please note I only host families. I do not host corporate outings, team getaways, barkada trips or wedding parties because of previous negative experiences. I do not allow extra beds/extra guests. Guests need to send me the names of all guests and vehicles + vehicle plate numbers as least 7 days before their check in date for security purposes and gate pass preparation. While we are pet friendly we do charge a pet fee and limit this to 2 pets. If you are bringing a pet/pets please indicate this in the guest booking summary.
