Our cosy bedroom offers a comfortable, peaceful retreat with Free parking if needed. Enjoy a warm welcome and the perfect base for exploring Dublin and beyond! Buses to City and beyond just a short stroll. Bus no’s F3/150/S4/82/83/83a (Many more buses 10 min. walk) Kitchen/dining area for light snacks. Checkin from 3pm - 8pm, (later by arrangement) The space 2 storey home with gardens in a lovely, very quite, peaceful and safe Southside suburb. Kitchen/dining available for tea/coffee/biscuits Private parking available - Free! Large mature rear garden with seating area. Nice clean bedroom with very comfortable clean, dressed single beds. Hairdryer and towels provided. Large wardrobe and large chest of drawers. 1 full bathroom with shower on same floor as bedroom. Guest access Your bedroom, bathroom, kitchen dining area available to guests for light snacks. Garden. During your stay I’m happy to answer any questions you may have during your stay with us. Other things to note Please do read and understand the House Rules if you would like to stay to ensure accommodation suits your needs. No hob or oven cooking but use of kettle, toaster and microwave is fine. Accommodation is not suitable for those who wish to work remotely from my home.
