Table, stools and bench are also made to be placed outside, if you want to enjoy the outdoors or have a barbecue evening. It is my bio-sustainable accommodation with almost zero energy, you will hardly need to turn on the underfloor heating system in winter. The bathroom is spacious and original. The water in the house is drinkable. The Wi-Fi is high speed. Attached is a technical room equipped with a laundry, to be shared with any other guests staying on the same property. Guest access The area is residential, quiet and illuminated at night by public light. Nearby, 900 m away, there are grocery stores, a pharmacy, a bar, a pizzeria-restaurant, and a church. From here it is easy to reach several attractive destinations, both towards the coast (the beaches of Monopoli, Polignano a Mare) and towards the hinterland (the caves of Castellana, the trulli of Alberobello and the rest of the Valle d'Itria).
