Full laundry room, frig with ice in door, strong wifi, ceiling fans, private backyard with BBQ. Our location makes it very quick to get on/off the Island. All people in rental party must be 25 years old or older except for families with children under 18. The space 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. we just added a 65inch TV in the living room and a 40 inch in the bedroom. Quiet neighborhood, supermarket, restaurants close by. Quick drive to the beach and Village. Guest access The entire home. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Other things to note A great house for retired couples or FLETC people wanting to escape winter climates or training at FLETC. Our home is available monthly from October through March.
