Our apartment is perfectly located for all the joys that this prestigious and historiс part of Lviv has to offer. Close to the apartment, there are supermarkets, grocery stores, night clubs, restaurants, cafes, bistro, banks. On the first floor of the building the elite SPA "Sharel" is located. Apartment are equipped with a large double bed in a bedroom, and a big folding sofa bed in a living room. For guests always available: quality clean bed linen and new towels, slippers, tea, coffee, sugar, cable TV, high-speed wi-fi, autonomous heating, entrance door with a code lock, accurate courtyard. The kitchen zone is equipped by all necessary for preparing a meal (including a complete set of a tableware). From front windows opens the picturesque view of the historical street so don't miss an opportunity to enjoy it. The bathroom has good shower and all bath accessories. From household appliances you can use everything for comfortable rest – conditioner, plasma TV, washing machine, electric stove, the microwave oven, extract, electric kettle, refrigerator, crock-pot, coffee maker, iron with an ironing table, the hair dryer. I'll make every effort to make things convenient for you, and I can almost always break away to meet you. Often there are guests the night before and we can't kick them out early. For early/late check-in/check-out there is an additional charge to be paid in cash upon your arrival. Other things to note Please note, if rental term is more than 14 nights, the guest is obliged to pay the utility bills for water, gas, electricity and maintenance. During the check in the figures on the meters in the apartment are recorded, and the payment is made during check out. In winter, there is a heating system for the whole floor (one boiler for all apartments), so the bill is divided equally among all apartments (heating is always turned on as a rule in the cold season, it can not be turned off for a single apartment).
