LAFAYETTE STAND-ALONE COTTAGE HIDEAWAY

This is a charming stand alone cottage next to the main house with its own private entrance. You'll have access to an acre of garden which you are welcome to relax in. It has a full size fridge with a stackable washer dryer The property is 11 minutes from the Lafayette BART and 7 minutes from Walnut Creek town center by car. Briones Wildlife Park is less than a mile away. We have 4 cats and two small dogs. Pets are welcome but we ask for large dogs to be on leash. TESLA charging available. The space The cottage is a real retreat. It's very quiet and peaceful with a full kitchen including a Keurig. The queen bed has a deluxe mattress. There is a sofa that can be slept on on a pinch! Guest access You are free to use the whole property with the exception of the back patio on the main house. Other things to note The garden includes an area on the hillside above the cottage which affords beautiful views of Mount Diablo. We love to sit there and enjoy a glass of wine.
