It is our goal to always provide you with a good nights rest during your visit. All our beds are made of memory foam or natural latex. Surrounded by natural beauty, every attempt has been made to preserve the land and its wildlife to put you in touch with nature. There are several areas scattered throughout the property to relax and get in touch with nature. This is little oasis away from it all for you to enjoy. During the winter months, there are plenty of activities to be had nearby. There are plenty of trails in the vicinity including right here in our own backyard where we maintain a small network of trails ourselves. There is an access point nearby to the North Missisquoi river to enjoy your canoe, kayak or paddleboard. All very popular activities during the summer months in the area. For your time indoors there are board games, books, etc. We hope to differentiate ourselves from all the other rentals in the area by offering a unique experience. Hopefully you will enjoy our place as much as we do. Any feedback to help us improve our offering would be greatly appreciated. Guest access The fully equipped kitchen is shared with us but you will given priority access at all times. Only the outdoor areas are shared with us and other guests. We ourselves will always give our guests priority use of any shared outdoor spaces when asked. During your stay We will do our best to help with any of your needs. We live on the premises and expect to be available in person most of the time. If not, we are usually not too far away and will be reachable via mobile phone. We are dedicated to making your stay as pleasant as possible and are open to any and all reasonable requests. We would love to share our experiences about building our home and tell you all about what makes it so unique to anything else in the region. Other things to note • An additional fee/penalty ranging from $100 to $200 may be charged for property damage and/or non-compliance with house rules. • We have full short-term renters insurance which fully protects us and our guests from any potential litigation. • To get around you will need to have your own vehicle since there is no public transportation in the area. • EV Charger: NEMA 14-30 outlet.
