Oh...and bring those pets too! (Contact me directly with number of pets BEFORE booking). Enter through the front door to find a large living room with a big leather couch positioned for ultimate relaxation. There's a mounted-to-wall Smart TV. ROKU with TV applications are available for you to login. Super fast WiFi available too. The dining room seats 6 people and connects to the full stocked kitchen with all major appliances, cookware, cutlery, and more. Additional cooking supplies available upon request. There is a half bathroom on the first floor right near the side door entrance. 3 bedrooms are located on the second floor. The master bedroom has a queen bed and two closet areas, and the other two bedrooms have double beds. The second floor also has a full bathroom with a separate tub and a standing shower. The basement has a separate area for laundry (washer and dryer provided). Other features: Tons of driveway space, a two-car detached garage, a whole-house security system (house uses RING), and a partially fenced-in backyard. This home is located on a semi busy street. Expect to see more cars traveling past the home throughout the morning and evening commute, but then things slow down during the day and on the weekends. You can walk to Starbucks, Panera, Dunkin Donuts, Whole Foods, and Planet Fitness. Cain Park is also within walking distance (great for taking the dog for a walk, playing tennis, seeing a summer concert, or enjoying wine tastings!). Other destinations like John Carroll, Notre Dame, Cleveland Clinic, CWRU are a short 10 to 15 minute drive from the home. Reilly Properties is Cleveland's professional short term provider. From the one week vacation to the extended stay of 3 months or more, we are flexible with our lease terms and open to price negotiation. We offer all of our guests a variety of a la carte options to help make their stay in Cleveland as wonderful and stress-free as possible. Services include private chef services, hospital amenities, car transportation, first floor living arrangements, car charging stations, and more. Contact me directly for more information. Guest access Everything, including the garage, is available for you to use. Other things to note A few notes about the house during the different seasons... 1. Unless there's more than 3" of snow we do not provide snow removal. We provide our guests with snow shovels to use in case it snows during your stay. If there is more than 3" of snow our crew will be by at their earliest convenience to remove the snow from the driveway and entryways. 2. We take care of lawn maintenance during the spring, summer and fall. Guests must be comfortable with using stairs to access bedrooms, laundry facilities, and the full bathroom. Extra blankets provided, but no extra pillows at this time. Parking is free during the day on the street, but cars must be pulled into the driveway at night (or else you'll get a ticket). Pets are welcome. Number of pets is negotiable. CLEANING FEE IS NEGOTIABLE and is based on number of occupants, length of stay, and number of pets.
