Multiple cozy spaces make it perfect for reading, working, or relaxing. The main-level primary suite offers a king bed and private ensuite with direct access to a shaded back deck. The main level also includes the kitchen, dining area, living room, laundry, and half bath. Upstairs features two queen bedrooms. Due to limited parking, the home accommodates two vehicles only: one garage space and one street space directly in front of the home. Guest access The whole house minus one closet in dining area. All guests must be 12 years and up. Sorry not safe for small children. Other things to note Our home is not suitable for small children everyone needs to be 12 years or over only. Parking limited 1 street space 1 garage space. Please be advised there are a couple of (outdoor only) cameras on property for security purposes when property is vacant. Also to avoid potential party situations we do not rent to local residents. Due to Covid we now have a heads in beds policy no sleeping on sofas please.
