Spacious apartment with Nordic bath included

Located in a small village in Haute Saône, at the gates of the Vosges du Sud, our apartment is the ideal place for all your beautiful moments with family or friends. The apartment is very spacious (128m2) and nicely decorated. It has a large covered terrace (43m2) overlooking the garden, BBQ and private Nordic bath (unlimited access, included). Possibility to rent the apartment without access to the spa at a reduced price - contact us before booking. The space There are 2 bedrooms with double beds (160x200) and the mezzanine with 2 single beds (90x200), big living room with dining area, kitchen, one separate toilet and 2 bathrooms ( 1st with Italian shower and washbasin, 2nd with Italian shower, washbasin and WC). The kitchen is fully equipped, there is a fridge with freezer, dishwasher, gas stove with oven, microwave, coffee machines (drip coffee maker and Senseo coffee pod machine) , electric kettle, toaster, raclette machine, dishes and cutlery. We put at your disposal coffee, tea, basic spices and dishwasher tablets. In the living room, there's a TV corner and big table where you can all together enjoy your meals. There are also 2 comfortable sofa beds (140x200). The two bedrooms, as well as the mezzanine, are accessible from the living room. The mezzanine is open to the living room. Towels and bed linen are provided and beds are made up for your arrival. The apartment is heated up by the pellet stove located in the living room. Guest access The entire apartment, terrace, and garden are yours to enjoy. There is no other accommodation on site. Upon request, you also have access to the laundry room located in the garage (shared space with us). There is no additional charge; please remember to bring your laundry detergent with you. Parking is available in the fenced front yard. You may also run into us there, as our workshop is located on the ground floor. Other things to note NORDIC BATH Nordic bath is a large wooden tub, outdoors, heated by wood fire to a temp. 37-39°C. Iit is not equipped in jets. Use of the Nordic bath, wood for heating and extra towels are included in the price. Remember to bring your flip-flops. In summer, the hot tub is left at room temperature so you can use it during the day to cool off. We, of course, provide everything you need to heat it whenever you wish. The rest of the year, we heat the hot tub upon your arrival, so all you have to do is enjoy it. Wood and everything needed to relight it the next day are provided. The stove is very easy to use and works like a fireplace. If you need help, please don't hesitate to contact us (we live in the same village). A few rules to follow when using the Nordic bath: 💧Showering is mandatory before entering the bath. 💧Do not apply sunscreen or oil before entering the bath. Remove makeup and creams, and rinse out as much hair color as possible. Long hair must be tied back. If you have colored hair, make sure it doesn't touch bed linen when wet, as this could dye it. 💧The Nordic bath is not a swimming pool; it is intended for relaxation. Jumping into the bath, diving, splashing, playing with a ball, or making waves is prohibited. 💧The bath must not be heated above 40°C. 💧The Nordic bath is not recommended for pregnant women. It is not allowed for people with infectious diseases, skin diseases, obesity or diabetes. If you have cardiovascular disease or are taking drugs that induce drowsiness, ask your doctor for permission. 💧Children must always be accompanied by an adult. The recommended minimum age for access to the Nordic bath is 6 years old. 💧A large parasol is available over the bath if necessary. Please close it at night and in case of strong winds. 💧Please cover the bath after use. OTHER INFORMATION The apartment is located on the first floor. On the ground floor there is our atelier and boutique of fine products ( boutique is opened by appointment). For the safety reasons use of fireplace in the living room is not allowed. If you travel with small children, please note that in the living room there is a pellet stove and unfenced spiral staircase. Charcoal for the BBQ is not provided. Registration Details 838418465
