The studio is an attached dwelling with a private entrance, locking gate and includes a guest parking space in a covered carport. Studio is located in a wonderful area close to hiking trails and minutes from the stunning South Coast Beaches. Make this a perfect getaway from silicon valley or a perfect spot to vacation and visit San Francisco, Santa Cruz and the Monterey Peninsula. The space This is a magical space located in a very special natural setting and yet close to a bounty of recreational activities. Guest access You will be able to access the deck inside of the gate and the studio. The grounds are available to you and please respect the privacy of others residing on the property. Other things to note Studio is on a septic system, so ONLY the provided toilet paper & human waste is allowed down the drains. (No baby wipes, paper towels, tissues, feminine products, etc. allowed down the drains.) Failure to comply will be a $500 plumbing charge that will be charged to guest. We also have a sticker on the toilet tank that spells this out as well.
