For stays of 3 to 14 nights, you can also purchase access to the Beach Club, gym, courts, spa, and shuttle service. Other things to note The condominium has its own pool. To access El Tigre's communal amenities, such as the Beach Club and Sports & Racquet Club, there is an additional cost of $1,400 MXN per person for stays of 3 to 14 nights (subject to change). Golf has an extra cost and guests must book their schedule directly. As part of the sustainability measures, 28 kW per day are included during your stay. Please note that an additional fee of $6 MXN per extra kW will be charged. Check-in after 9:00 PM is available for $500 MXN upon request. Mandatory IDs and estimated time of arrival at least one week before your arrival or after booking confirmation. Daily cleaning not included, but can be requested at an additional charge. Stays of 7 nights or more require mandatory weekly cleaning. A limited amount of basic items, such as toilet paper, soap, and shampoo, are provided and are not replenished. A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, refundable after check-out if all terms are met. Guests must sign a Rental Agreement when confirming the reservation.
