Welcome to the quiet Bay. Our pet-friendly home is located on the water with access to Nehalem bay. Fishing, crabbing, bird watching, and kayaking outside the back door. There is plenty of space inside and out. Located 5 minutes from Manzanita, 10 minutes from the beach. The space Open the back doors to a large and inviting back yard. Head down to the dock and sit with a glass of wine or beer. Feel free to swim in the water. Kayaks are there to take out at your leisure. Sit around the fire pit and make s'mores. Make the home yours. This is a great place for a getaway! The master is located on the ground floor with an en suite bathroom. The master also has a fold out cot just in case. This is perfect for those that are not that great with stairs. The kids have a room upstairs just for them with toys and tv to entertain. Sit and snuggle by the fire place in the winter or our fire pit outside in the summer. The home comes equipped with Wi-Fi. Watch a movie with the DVDs provided or tune into Netflix, Prime, or Hulu to watch the latest. Guest access The home is completely available to you when renting. Other things to note The area is home to many full time residents. It is a quiet neighborhood. Noise travels on the water as well so utmost care needs to be taken with noise level. Pets are allowed. 3 pup max. A pet fee will be added. Pets need to remain downstairs at all times. We love having pets and want to be able to continue to do so. $150 pet fee. 3 cars max. 2 in the driveway and 1 on the gravel. Take care not to block the mailboxes. Cameras are located in the front and rear of the home. There is a decibel reader at the back entrance and at the fire pit. All fire pit activities need to end at 10pm. Noises carry. Names of all guests are required at the time per the county. Please no tents. It is currently illegal according to our county Short term rental rules. It also kills my grass.
