Near NIST; AstraZeneca; MedImmune; Department of Energy, Germantown; Montgomery College and Universities at Shady Grove. Near Metro, bus route and 40 minutes to BWI, Reagan and Dulles airports. 30 minutes to DC. Looking for long term guests (30 days or longer) The space Private entrance, very large basement turned into a living area. Bright, comfortable, everything you need for your home away from home. Separate bedroom, eating area, tv and sitting area. Guest access You'll have access to the entire basement (minus storage room) which is almost 1000 sq. ft. The entrance has a covered deck that looks into the landscaped back yard. If you are staying more than a few days, we can arrange for use of the washer/dryer which is located upstairs on the main level. Other things to note Prefer someone that is looking for a place 30 days or longer but will consider shorter stays. Please message me if you want a shorter stay and we can discuss. It's a great space. In the past we have rented as a long term space and the tenants have loved living here. Parking is in front of the house and it is well lit to your entrance. If you are staying for the long term, cleaning service is not included. It can be provided at an additional fee that is separate from your airbnb fee. Cleaning products will be provided if you are the DIY type!
