A private second floor walk up vintage studio apartment right in the heart of Logan Square. Located just half a block north of the picturesque Logan Boulevard and three blocks (5-8 minute walk) from the Logan Square blue line stop which is great for getting around the city. Logan Square is a 15 minute train ride into the loop and 20 minutes out to O'Hare. This studio is convenient for the weary O'Hare traveler or perfect for a private getaway from the hustle of Chicago. The space The space is a quiet two room studio located on the 2nd floor with a kitchen that includes a sink, stove/oven, fridge, and coffee/tea. There is a table and two chairs so that you can sit and eat or relax as needed. The main living area has a full size bed, nightstands, air conditioner, tv, and side tables with a lamps. We also have curtains that can provide privacy as needed. You will also have access to the yard during your stay which is perfect for relaxing after a long day of adventures in the city. Guest access You have access to the entire studio and yard. Any furniture or plants on the porch are my tenants but you are welcome to sit in the yard. Please note that the yard is a shared space with my tenant and I so please clean up after use. Other things to note HEATING: The building is heated using radiators which means that the thermostat control is located in my apartment. I keep the temperature at the city mandated level but realize it may be a bit chilly or a bit too warm for some, if you need any heat adjustment please ask and I will adjust as needed.
