Villa Kalkan Mehtap, our private rental villa with a wonderful sea view, a magnificent private pool, 6 suite rooms and 11 people in Kalkan, is within a 5 to 10-minute walk to the center, market and grocery store. You can reach the Kalkan Sea, the surrounding beaches, the market, the grocery store, the restaurant and other facilities in a short distance. You can enjoy a peaceful and luxurious vacation in our summer house with magnificent nature and sea views from the terrace floor, and you can have a dream vacation with your loved ones. Other things to note Deposit 15,000 Turkish Liras or equivalent in other foreign currencies is collected by the authorized person as a deposit at the entrance to the villa for breakage, spillage, damage, loss, etc. If there are no problems, the amount you paid will be returned to you at our summer rental villa at the time of check-out. Villa Kalkan Mehtap, minimum stay is 4 nights during the high season. In the low season, an extra cleaning fee of TL 5000 is charged for reservations of less than 7 nights.
