Room in a quiet and peaceful area of St Martin d'Hères, on the edge of Grenoble. Served by buses 13, C4 and C6, you are very close to Grenoble City Center (even on foot: 40 min) and the University Domain (10 min by bike). For multi-day stays, I can lend you a bike to get around. View from the apartment is unobstructed and very clear. The room overlooks the Chartreuse mountain range. The space The bedroom (double bed) that welcomes you is peaceful and quiet. The nights are quiet (no urban noise, it's a neighborhood of small houses). The building is very small, there are 5 households. It's a quiet street, where you can park without a problem. Guest access The kitchen area is open especially in the evening (until 9pm maximum) if you want to prepare dinner. You can also have tea or coffee there (Italian coffee maker available) in the morning. The apartment is overflowing with books (but does not have a TV). Mouche, a very sociable little black and white cat, also lives here. During your stay The atmosphere here is peaceful and musical depending on the moment, and I would enjoy chatting and cooking with you, or totally respecting your tranquility.
