Large apartment with balcony and garage

The space I am looking for a female flatmate for my large apartment! The whole Flat is 135 sq. m. We have a large balcony. and a garage, so if u have car or motorbike you can park there. Great location- 30 seconds from bus stop, less than 5 minutes from Vazha Pashavela metro. Some things about me: I'm a 1st year university student , I’m quite open-minded and i hope we will get along ... i am a calm person and i’m doing my best to be environmentally friendly.I love watching movies and snowboarding . I can speak English and we will understand each other. Just one rule- we should't destroy it :p Some things about room.The room comes furnished (see pics!) -one big room (1 person 200USD.) -small room(1person 120 USD) Prices are negotiable, depending on how long u want to stay! Of course, long term stay preferred! The flat is in Saburtalo, Vazha Pshavela street 70B. Washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, air conditioner, big flat screen TV, wi-fi, 1 and a half bath.These things are included in house.
