This newly renovated studio is located on one of the most popular Boulevards of Bucharest, offering a cosy place for up to 4 guests. It has an amazing terrace overlooking the city. It's 5 minutes away from the Old City and Piata Amzei, Bucharest's coolest neighbourhood. You will be in the exact city center with easy access to all that Bucharest can offer. The space In a nutshell: - 36 m2 studio with a large terrace overlooking the main boulevard of Bucharest city center - Comfortable extendable sofa, Full HD TV w/ Netflix - Kitchen with cooking area, refrigerator, and a dinning space for four, cooking&serving equipment - Bathroom with walk-in shower, all essentials, hair dryer. - Fast Wi-Fi & Cable TV - Clean towels and sheets, washing machine, iron and board, full height mirror. - A unique apartment for design aficionados - Boulevard view with lovely sunset city skyline, Traffic may be sometimes noisy, the only thing we would love to improve but cannot do due to its central location. Guest access The apartment is really well connected to the public transportation. It's right between Piata Universitatii and Piata Romana metro station. The bus coming from the airport stops 200 meters away. If you arrive by car please note that being the city center parking is rather difficult. The best would be to park in the underground parking lot under the Intercontinental Hotel at a price of 5 lei/hour but no more than 50 lei/day. From there you would need to walk a couple of minutes to my place. Other things to note Being located above one of the main arteries in Bucharest, there might be some noise, so if you're extra sensitive to traffic, consider bringing some ear plugs. The apartment is located at the 9th floor. The building has two elevators and they only go up to the 8th floor, guests will have to go one more floor by stairs. Please note that you need to let the hot water flow for about 10-12 min in order to get warm. It might come with a delay in the studio.
