Our house is 4 levels landed house located at Sentul, Kuala Lumpur. G floor is pantry with microwave, fridge and washing machine. 2nd and 3rd floor have 2 rooms in each, 4rd floor have 1 room, total 5 rooms in the house and every floor link by hallway and staircase. Suitable for long stay. This is a quiet housing area with a huge sports field nearby, 5 mins walking distance to food store, convenient store, night market, mini market, bus station and 20 mins walking distance to LRT station. The space Our house is designed and build up as a hostel with 5 rooms, there have no shared living area or dining area in the house, the only shared area are hallway, staircase, main entrance and pantry. The room came with an attached bathroom with hot water & shower gel provided, a private balcony is ready to relax and hang the cloths after wash, a queen size bed with quilt and pillows are ready for 2 pax, an air conditioner and a ceiling fan, a study desk, chair, open shelf & drawer for cloths and bed side table also provided. There have 2 windows facing outside which provided soft sunlight and good air circulation inside the room. There’s also a pantry at G floor is available to heat up the food with microwave, and also to store the food inside the fridge. You don't have to worry about your daily drinking water because there has a filtered drinking water machine provided in the pantry. A washing machine is ready in pantry too. Our cleaner will clean the common area at least once a week, if you need an extra cleaning service for your private room, you may direct discuss with the cleaner for the time and price when you meet her. During your stay Please do not hesitate to contact us via WA/text before 10pm if you need any assist, we will try our best for help. Other things to note Strictly no outside shoes inside the house. It's Malaysian culture that not to wear shoes inside the house, the shoe racks are perfectly prepared beside the main entrance and we have cleaner sweep and mop the floor at least once a week in the common area, outside shoes will immediately stain the floor no matter how constant it cleaned, please keep your shoes on the shoe racks and create a place that everyone can comfortably walk barefoot in the house. To keep the common area clean and tidy is a necessarily, including wiping the inner microwave every time after use for other people convenient, please do not book our room if you are a messy person, thank you.
