Completely fenced in and secure for children only Our cottage is on an acre surrounded by beautiful mature trees, nature, water, birds and fresh air. You may never want to leave. I'm excited to share a peace of happiness with you and your family. Our cottage faces east, so the sun is yours all day. You then have the privilege of putting the sun to bed. So know it's a cottage so understand cobwebs and bugs appear overnight🤷 The space Roadway In The cottage is located on a private road so no local traffic other than the 10 houses in total on the road. Our cottage is located at the end of the road. So please leave your worries at the main road. The kids are safe to play on the road. No pet's allowed that was ruined by other Airbnb guest's. Sorry my intentions were to have a pet friendly spot.. BBQ, Blackstone grill and air fryer available for your cooking needs. You have the choice of the upper or lower deck to eat on. Plenty of seating for everyone. What you'll see The view from the deck of the main cottage allows you to see for miles. Best fishing ever and not a lot of boat activity the area is quiet and safe to swim in. Lot's of options of water toys for you to use along with access to the canoe and kayak don't forget the paddle board, bocchi ball and ring toss. The main cottage and bonus bunkie have been completely renovated. Main cottage The master bedroom and bathroom are in the main cottage along with the following brand new appliances along with A/C, microwave, Keurig coffee maker help yourself, kettle, water cooler, pots and pans for your use. Bathroom is brand new with hot water and great water pressure. Wifi and IPTV box for those evenings inside. Bunkie Steps away from the main cottage has 2 separate bedrooms, portable toilet, portable sink, A/C, fridge, hot plate, keurig coffee maker and covers off everything you may need. The bunkie locks has great lighting and has a small porch to sit on. Beach You have access to your own private beach area, and the water level changes, but the beach stays the same. The dock has a ladder for easy water access. There is plenty of sun and shade throughout the property. Shall I go on or just see it for yourselves... Guest access Guests have full access to the main cottage the bunkie water docks, deck and parking area (road). Other things to note I will provide you with everything you need to know, from amenities, things to do places to see. groceries, bike trails, wine/ beer tours. No pet's allowed sorry...
