Our stunning architecturally designed 4 bed, 2 bath family home is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in Karori - just 7 minutes drive from central Wellington. Please note that this is our family home - we go up the coast to stay with family when we have guests. Given it's our family home there will be our personal belongings around but we will clear some space for yours including 2 drawers in each bedroom. The space With open plan living, dining and kitchen this home feels spacious, light and luxurious. With two living spaces there is plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Outside the gardens are planted with native New Zealand trees which attract the tuis, kakas and wood pigeons from the nearby wildlife reserve Zealandia. Sit in the new spa pool and watch the amazing birdlife. Our home has gas central heating and comes with a number of modern appliances throughout as well as fast and unlimited WIFI and Netflix. Two bedrooms have either a king or queen bed, the third bedroom has a single bed and the fourth bedroom comes with a king single and pull out trundler bed if needed. There are lots of lovely local delis, cafes and restaurants within walking distance of this beautiful sunny home. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the many kid's books, toys and games along with the Bose sound system, WIFI and espresso machine Other things to note Guests have the option of feeding the cats or allowing someone to come by each day to do so. There are also two fish and a dive bombing sea snail to enjoy and feed.
