El Balcó d'Espinelves is the ideal space, and has a privileged environment, for family or friend gatherings, special celebrations, informal meetings or anything else you can think of, as long as there is no disturbance of the environment and neighbors. The space The house has its own garden with a swimming pool and a barbecue, in the middle of a spectacular view. On the ground floor, you will find a magnificent living room with a fireplace, a dining room with an immense table, a kitchen, a double bedroom and a full bathroom. On the first floor, you will find the rest of the bedrooms (two double bedrooms, one of them equipped with a toilet, and a last triple bedroom) and a second complete bathroom.
