This is an air-conditioned 2 bedroom, 1 bath private guesthouse with full kitchen, in unit washer/dryer, and plentiful parking. The private backyard is perfect for a dog to run around. Nearby dog beach where you can take your furry friend off-leash. 30min to Disneyland, 10min from the Grand Prix/Long Beach Convention Center, 1min walk to the beach and 2 min walk to the canals. Over 50 restaurants and bars within a 10 minute walk radius. The space There is an outdoor shower at the entrance to the guest house to wash off any sand or salt-water from you or your furry friend. Our neighborhood is generally quiet and family friendly, so please do not disturb the neighbors. You can find lots of bars and music just across the bridge, a two minute walk from the house. Then stroll back over the bridge to quiet Naples to unwind and relax. Guest access We have a Stand Up Paddleboard for rent to our guests to use for their stay, including life vests and leashes. They rent for $50/day and there is a $100 damage deposit. Sorry we only have 1 available, but you can rent more from the nearby beach. There is lots of nearby street parking in front of and behind our house and free parking lot with handicap parking next-door to the property which we consider "on premises". Other things to note There is a Whole Foods and Trader Joes 1 mile from the house. Guests will have access to pots, pans, and dinnerware and a full size fridge/freezer. If you cook, please clean up after yourself. Dogs are not allowed in the bedrooms. We have had bad experiences and would like to avoid charging guests for damage that could impact the next stay. Dogs only, no other animals. Dog must be house trained. There is a 2 dog maximum and they are treated as additional guests ($25/per night for each person or dog above 4 guests). Normal cleaning is expected and covered by the cleaning fee. Any stains or damage from breaking house rules will come out of security deposit. We are happy to accept packages prior to your arrival if shipping/ordering items is easier than taking items on your method of travel. We are also happy to provide up to 20 pages of free printing per reservation. If you need help booking boat rentals, gondolas, dinner reservations (which are rarely needed here), we are happy to help our guests at no charge.
