Welcome to Chez Sage! Your own private apartment get-away, with a private deck and ocean views, is just 30 minutes south of San Francisco. The entrance to your private apartment leads you up the stairs to a deck with an ocean peek. Enter your home away from home and relax in the window seat to gaze at Montara Mountain or eat breakfast on the island with peeks of the ocean. Once you're settled, it's just a short stroll to watch the sunset from the beach. The space The space is a studio apartment with a comfy queen-sized bed, full kitchen, full bathroom with a luxurious rainfall showerhead, large closet, ample space and seating options to hang out and chill, and a private deck with views of the ocean. The kitchen is stocked with cookware, cutlery, and flatware for preparing meals. Some basic perishables like oil, salt and pepper, and some spices are available. A coffeemaker with coffee, creamer and tea will be provided by the host. Shampoo, conditioner, and bodywash is offered in the bathroom. Guest access Guests have access to a private deck, and the full studio apartment. The apartment shares no walls with the home and sits above the well-insulated garage. Other things to note I ask for a 2 night minimum stay. For stays of 8 days or more a Security Deposit may be requested. A Cleaning Fee of $100 will be requested for stays of 8 or more days. Please no smoking or candles in the apartment. I follow Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance. Here are a few highlights: I sanitize high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob. I use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and I wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination. I clean each room using extensive cleaning checklists. I comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines. 5% of all proceeds from the listing will be donated to HIP Housing, a non-profit organization that helps provide affordable housing to residents of San Mateo County. The listing price includes the 10% San Mateo County Transient Occupancy Tax.
