Neustadt an der Weinstraße Living with a view

Small pretty house on the edge of the picturesque old town of Neustadt an der Weinstraße. The house has two bedrooms, a living room with TV, a large bathroom and a lovingly and fully equipped kitchen-living room. From the bedrooms and the spacious terrace you have a beautiful view of the Palatinate Forest. Some of the hiking trails are directly accessible from the house. We will be happy to provide you with hiking maps. The space You will feel at home within our four walls. The rooms extend over three floors and thus offer enough retreat space if you want to arrive with several people. The house is in a small alley on the edge of the old town of Neustadt an der Weinstraße. In 5 minutes on foot you are on the market square. The large terrace overlooking the Palatinate Forest invites you to cozy evenings. You are also welcome to use the grill. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. There is no through traffic or other noise in the alley. Guest access In general, you can use all the rooms of the house. Only the workshop on the first floor and one of the basement rooms are used exclusively by us privately. On the first floor is the laundry room, with a washing machine and dryer. On the first floor is the living room, with a cozy corner couch, TV with DVD player and a possible workplace. There is also a large kitchen, fully equipped with a stove, oven, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher and all necessary kitchen accessories. The terrace offers plenty of space and is equipped with an awning. On the second floor is one of the bedrooms, including anteroom with sunset and forest views, and the spacious, newly renovated bathroom, with walk-in shower cabin, sink and toilet. In the anteroom you can use an ironing board with iron. In the attic, we have set up a small studio that can be used as another bedroom with a double bed. Also ideal for children. Other things to note For toddlers, a travel cot, high chair and toys are available, which can be used.
