It is approx. 300 m to the Weser. Public transport, restaurants and shops are within walking distance. The space Experience the beauty of Art Nouveau as you climb the wooden staircase and reach the first floor. The door to the left of the staircase leading to the first floor is the entrance to your charming accommodation. A special feature of the Old Bremen houses is the separate toilet, which is located immediately on the right when you reach the end of the stairs - don't worry, it will be used exclusively by you. Open the flat door and step into the fully equipped kitchen. Here you will find everything you need for a perfect dinner or breakfast on the sunny balcony. From the kitchen you enter the living and dining area, where a dining table comfortably seats four people. From the living room you can access the large south-facing balcony. Relax on the comfortable sofa, which can be easily converted into a sofa bed for two. You will find bed linen and bedding under the double bed in the bedroom, which you reach through a beautifully crafted sliding door. From the bedroom, you can access the quieter and shadier north-facing balcony, from which you have a beautiful view of the gardens. The spacious bathroom with bathtub, shower and washing machine is directly off the bedroom. Guest access You open the front door with your smartphone, we will send you the instructions shortly before arrival. In any case, you will need the app "Tapkey" (App Store or Guugel Play Store). If you do not have a smartphone, we offer an alternative contactless check-in solution. The apartment on the 1st floor is exclusively available to you. Access is via a lockable room door (you will be informed about the location of the key in a separate email). Other things to note On the lower two floors lives a young family, in the stairwell you might meet Erika with her dog Giuglio. On the 2nd floor live two cats, but they can not get into the stairwell. Because of the wooden floors it is possible that you can hear children laughing (or crying) from downstairs or a kitchen radio from upstairs. If we give you a transponder for access to the apartment, please note that in case of loss 25.00 EUR per transponder will be charged. Additional services: - Early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and can be booked at an extra charge. - Cleaning during the stay can also be booked at an extra charge Pets can be allowed on request. The central heating has a night setback so that hot showers cannot be taken at night if necessary and the radiators are regulated down.
