Charming King Bed Retreat, Great for Families!

Just blocks from Tower Grove Park and walkable South Grand, this tastefully updated two-bedroom is your perfect home-base for exploring Saint Louis! The space *The queen bed has been upgraded to a king and the bedroom decor has moved around from what is currently pictured- photos will be updated soon!* This centrally located modern home has everything you need for a relaxing stay! The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and the bathroom is stocked with soaps and shampoo from Public Goods. A smart TV in the living room allows you to log into your own streaming services, and high speed WiFi is available throughout. Games, puzzles, and art supplies are kept in the activity corner for use during your stay. Kids toys are located in the white cabinets under the shelves and a highchair and pack-n-play are stored in the twin bedroom closet along with an additional toddler mattress. The home is child-friendly but not baby-proofed (i.e. no outlet covers or cabinet locks), so take that into consideration when booking with young children. Sound machines are provided in each bedroom to help with regularly occurring city sounds. The private backyard space is equipped with comfortable patio furniture, a fire pit, and hammock for use in the spring through fall (the above will be stored Dec-March). Free street parking is readily available in front of the home, garage space is not included. Smoking, vaping, cannabis and pets are not allowed on the premises at any time (a smoke remediation/deep cleaning fee will be imposed if any of the above are evident). For your safety and mine, security cameras are located at the front entrance and in the backyard.
