Single room located between Termini Station and the Colosseum (a 15-minute walk), in a historic building with large windows, high ceilings, and designer furnishings. Quiet and authentic area, within walking distance of major tourist attractions. Shared living room, kitchen, and bathroom. Plenty of public transportation available. Easy access to airports. The space The apartment includes the owner's office, the two bedrooms for rent, sitting room, eat-in kitchen and bathroom and is served by a free wi-fi connection for a stay in a modern and artistic, original and relaxing environment. Guest access At the exclusive disposal of the guest, a single room fully furnished with personal linen, towels and hairdryer. The bathroom, living room and kitchen are shared with the owner and a possible other guest. The guest will have his own set of keys with which he can enter and exit freely. A map is provided with all the useful information about the area and transport. There are both free and paid parking throughout the area. During your stay I often work in the apartment and I'm available for any interaction, request and suggestion, even through the AirBnb chat. Other things to note The apartment is located in a central and authentic neighborhood, not exclusively touristy, just a 15-minute walk from the Colosseum and the main train station, in Rome's historically multiethnic district. Public transportation, bars, restaurants, and supermarkets are nearby. Included: - Fast Wi-Fi - Towels, sheets, pillowcases, and blankets - Body wash, shampoo, and hairdryer - Hot shower - Fully equipped kitchen - Elevator in the building (after six steps) A set of towels is included for each guest, consisting of a small face towel and a large shower towel. A bath mat is also included for the floor outside the shower. Additional towels can be rented by contacting the host at least 5 days before arrival for €2.50 per additional set.
