Our welcoming home is a renovated house and has all the conveniences you’ll need, including WiFi and cable and smart TV. It’s located in a super-quiet Typical place with no through-traffic. It’s like being in a village but in the heart of Porto. The space This nice house in the center of Porto has easy access to restaurants, bars, shops and wine cellars of Porto. The apartment was renovated in 2012 and comprises: one bedroom with double bed (160x200) with window; a living room / dining room with a sofa bed (140x190) with capacity for two people with a window; A room with a couple bed for two people; table with 6 chairs, a kitchenette with oven, microwave, fridge freezer, coffee machine, a bathroom, cable TV, video player, and wireless internet - everything needed for a comfortable stay. Linens, sheets and towels are included. Facilities tastefully decorated and equipped to accommodate up to 6 people. Ideal for families with children or friends who want to know the city of Porto at an affordable price. With transport at the door, direct metro to the airport, easy to find the property and had been able to know the points of interest of the city on foot. A 2-minute walk from Avenue of the Allies, Tower of clerics and the best restaurants and bars in this Beautiful City. Guest access The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric fan oven, microwave, and all the utensils you might need to whip up something tasty to eat. The living room’s the perfect place to chill after a busy day of sightseeing. You’ll find it has a dining table, to seat up to 6, a comfy sofa and a flatscreen LCD Smart TV with cable TV. And because Portuguese TV channels don’t generally dubb foreign TV programmes or movies, you can watch your favourite shows in their original language – with Portuguese subtitles of course! The house has full Wi-Fi coverage – we'll give you the password when you arrive. If you need to wash your clothes you have near the house a self service low cost laundry Other things to note PARKING NEAR THE HOUSE If you are driving, sometimes you catch parking spaces but for 10-15 euros each day you can get one private park that you only pay when you arrive. The house is within easy walking distance of the main attractions. Avenida dos Aliados, Mercado do Bolhão and Rua de Santa Catarina are all close by, and the historic Ribeira is just 20 minutes away by foot You are just 8 minutes walk away from Trindade - the main metro station where all of the Metro lines pass through, including the one to the airport. São Bento train station is only 12 minutes wak away, The stunning azulejos (traditional tiles), depicting scenes from Portugal’s history, make it worth a visit whether you’re getting the train or not! We will change the towels and bedlinen once a week. So for stays under 7 days, they won't normally be changed . For longer stays, towels and bed linen will usually be changed during the middle of your stay. The cleaning lady come to clean in the end of your stay but if you need her to clean in the middle of your stay you can tell me, it´s just 7 euros each hour to pay her. Registration Details 7810/AL
