Fully stocked kitchen for large family/extended family eating. Ample dishware, silverware, appliances, pots/pans. Bedrooms are equipped with linens and bedding. Bathrooms have ample bath towels and soaps/personal hygiene needs. Porch has seating and eating area. Large grill for cookouts. Firewood is available for both fire pit and indoor fireplace. Ample parking for cars and trailer/boat. Guest access Private Pier Gas grill 2 Kayaks (because this Cove is on tidal water, 3 feet at high tide and 2-3 inches at low tide, use of kayaks should timed accordingly) 3 Touring Bicycles Outside Fire Pit Yard Games (croquette, Bocci ball, corn hole) Other things to note This is a smoke-free and pet-free home. Absolutely, NO smoking is allowed in the home. Wood stove in kitchen is for aesthetic purposes only and may NOT be used. Basement is NOT accessible. There is NO access from the attached small in-law suite to the main home. For extended stay visitors, washer/dryer availability on-site can be arranged. Due to tidal water, no swimming allowed.
