A charming 3 bedroom private villa with a modern Loft style right in the heart of Seminyak. Located in a quiet place, Villa Le Loft Bali is in the center of all restaurants and shops within a 5-min walk, and only 10 minutes from the beach by scooter. The Loft Bali offers you all the comfort to spend a wonderful time with family or friends, in a unique style in Bali, decorated with the greatest care to make you feel at home on the other side of the world. The space The entire villa including the living room, kitchen and swimming pool is private only for you. Our charming villa with modern Loft style includes 3 air-conditioned bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. A large enclosed living room and a vast garden with swimming pool, terrace and deckchairs. The 1st master bedroom is on the ground floor with adjoining bathroom including 2 sinks, 2 showers, 1 toilet. The other 2 bedrooms are upstairs and share the bathroom with sinks at the entrance of each bedroom, 1 shower and 1 toilet. The loft includes a large living room with high ceilings with several seating areas with TV, office area, table football, an equipped kitchen for eating at home and 1 guest toilet. The living room is not air-conditioned but has ceiling fans and large bay windows. The vast garden with large swimming pool includes a children's bassin pool. You will find seating areas on the terrace and sun loungers. Guest access The Villa has a free private Parking area. It is comfortable enough to fit 1 car and multiple motor bikes. Please note that this parking area is shared with 2 other neighbours so it is subject to availability and please mind your parking. I suggest informing us in advance if you plan on bringing a vehicle. The cleaning, gardening and swimming pool staff will come periodically during the week to maintain the villa. If you have a preferred time for cleaning, please let me know. Other things to note Please consider that we have a lot of garden space at the villa so you may encounter the occasional insects. We remind you to keep calm and inform us in case of any unwanted visitors and we will assist you as best we can. We do not permit any additional guests outside of the booking to stay at the villa without our prior consent. Cot (additional feel : Rp 50,000 /day) High chair (additional fee: Rp 25,000 /day) The linen will be change every 6 days and towels every 3 days .
