CIPAT022153-AT-063210 The space Studio apartment of about 28 m², directly on the beach, equipped with all amenities, is located on the first floor and has a balcony (about 10 m²) overlooking the lake furnished with table, chairs and deck chairs, a living area with sofa bed for two and a sofa bed, kitchenette equipped with all the necessary equipment, complete with fridge, dishwasher and microwave oven, 1 bathroom with shower/toilet. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, heating, free WiFi, LCD satellite TV, radio, CD player, and an outdoor parking space in the courtyard, free of charge. Washing machine, iron and ironing board (on request), bike/sports equipment storage available free of charge at "Villa Phoenix" (30 meters). Free of charge, upon request in advance and subject to availability: bicycles (to be collected at our other house "Residence Alle Palme"), DVD, Audio Station for Mobile Phones/iPhones/iPods, cot with linen and high chair. Guest access The entire apartment is available for guest use. Other things to note (ENG) - Infants up to 2 years old are welcome as long as they are within the maximum occupancy and upon confirmation. - Check-in between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. To pick up the apartment keys, we kindly ask you to call us when you are near Riva del Garda, the phone number will be communicated to you after booking. - Check-in is carried out at our house 'Residence Alle Palme', also located in Riva del Garda in Viale Clementino Vannetti 5. Please note that if you need to arrive after 7:00 p.m. and not after 11:00 p.m. there is a surcharge of €60.00. Arrivals after 111 p.m. are not allowed. All late arrival requests (between 7:00 p.m. and not after 11:00 p.m.) are subject to early confirmation by the property with a surcharge of €60.00. - Check-out 9:00 a.m. - Pets are allowed on advance request and subject to confirmation, maximum 1 pet.
