Confortable, stylish, fully equipped apartment with AC at excellent location. Vicinity of all relevant facilities - grocery stores, bus station, taxi, restaurants, clubs etc.. Free wi-fi, and parking! The space Comfortable and cozy 66 sq m apartment within city center for 4 (+2) persons. Apartment is at 1st floor (with elevator), located 200 meters from the main square in quiet area in close vicinity of the old city. In summer times this will allow you quality sleep as you are far enough from the noisy city center (Varos). Public transport (bus station), grocery stores and taxi station are within 50 m from the apartment. If you would like to go on the islands the ferry port is less than 5 min walk (~200m). For those of you looking for party’s the Maraschino bar is 200m and Hitch bar is 1 km away from the place. Several restaurants are in walking distance. Apartment consists from master bedroom with the double bed (160x200), smaller bedroom with pool out sofa (160x200) with the small library and LCD TV and PC. Sheets and towels are included!! Kitchen is fully equipped including dish washer and other gadgets. In the spacy living room there is a big corner sofa with stretch option for two additional beds (210x200). In the living room you will find piano, 42" flat screen TV, DVD, FM/CD player. From the living room and master bedroom you can access to small balcony which is suitable for smokers. Please use the balcony for smoking as smoking is forbidden within the apartment! Bathroom is equipped with shower (no bathtub unfortunately) and the washing machine. The apartment is air-conditioned (cooling & heating) with free WiFi. Orientation is East - West, on both sides the view stretches on small parks. For those who will arrive by car, there is secured free parking lot in from of the building which is located under the balcony. For the off season (from 1st of October until 1st of June) prices start from 55 EUR per day while in the summer season we charge from 90 EUR per day. In case of multiple day stays (5+) in off season additional discounts are available. We can also help in arranging airport transport. RIB daily tours/excursions with a skipper (includes wake-boarding and tube pulling) are available for our guests, for those looking for a better insight on our islands and beautiful bays reachable only by sea (not included in the daily price).
