Cozy suburban home in very safe area with two second floor private bedrooms and a shared bathroom. Door to stairway to bedrooms provides privacy and sound barrier. We provide meals for our guests, homestyle suppers, mostly, but we will stock fruit, cereal, yogurt, eggs and stuff that you can have for breakfast. Travel medics, students. Full size bed, desk, dresser. This room shares a bathroom with the occupant of the other Airbnb rental room. Feel free to text your questions. The space We want to host longer term stays, minimum 30 days, for students, travel nurses, or trainees in this area who need short term housing and don't want to rent an apartment and furniture and pay all the utilities. Our home is 4 minutes by car to I-270, the major connector highway; 15 minutes by car to most universities, hospitals, and the Edward Jones training facility.. We have hosted students, travel nurses, interns. Guest access Guests will receive a key to our front door, and will enter the house and walk through the dining room in order to reach the door to the second floor. Once on the second floor with the door closed (see photos), there is complete privacy from the rest of the house. We respect guests' wishes regarding interacting with us, or the other guest a little, or a lot.. During your stay We try to provide a very home-like atmosphere for our guests. We only accept reservations of 30 days or more so that students, interns and travel workers can have a comfortable and safe home base that does not feel like a hotel, but more like staying with friends. Other things to note We have two very spoiled smallish dogs. They bark and play and jump up to greet everyone. They are not allowed on the 2nd floor where the guest rooms are.. If you love dogs, you will love them, but if you are iffy about dogs, this is not the place for you. Also, we provide early morning and afternoon childcare for our two older elementary school age grandchildren
