Lovely paradise garden Hawaii apartment with lounge terrace. Ideal for business travelers / time out and relaxation - deliberately without TV - but 40 Mbit/s W-LAN! Stove-living room-kitchen. Wonderfully quiet and yet close to the city (12 km to Kiel). Only 15 min. by train/car to Kiel city center. 3 min. walk to the train station. Large paradise garden and terrace. Own bathroom with shower. 30 minutes by car to the Baltic Sea beach. 25 min. walk to Westensee. The space Aloha! Since we feel very close to the Hawaiian tradition, we have dedicated the house (= HALE) to the ALOHA spirit of the islands. As soon as you are here, you will certainly feel this. In our HALE ALOHA we offer you the LOMI- room and a cozy kitchen with a fireplace and the terrace. All in all it is basically a whole apartment. Only through the open corridor and the staircase to the upper flat contact with other guests is possible. You have the use of the large paradise garden and various seats at your disposal. Your comfortable non-smoking apartment is located on the ground floor with windows to south, west and east. It has a fantastic view of the garden and the landscape. The room offers a lot of space to unfold. It can be separated by a thick curtain into a living and sleeping area. In addition, there is a large kitchen-living room. We also use the room for Hawaiian Lomi massages. So it might smell a little bit like massage oil. Since we only have light curtains and drapes in the room, darkening is only possible to a limited extent. The extensively equipped kitchen and the cozy stove room are exclusively at your disposal. The couch in it is also very suitable for comfortable reading at the fireplace and is also suitable for sleeping. The tea and coffee bar is available for free use. Since the corridor with the stairs to the top is also used by the other guests (if applicable), it is possible that you will meet other guests or us there. We manage the house and our paradise garden as ecologically and sustainably as possible: Wind power, LED lamps, and environmentally friendly detergent. We are very easy to reach by bus and train, we avoid waste, recycle and up-cycle. We only change the towels if it is desired. We provide an efficient Internet W-LAN (approx. 40 Mbit/s). So you can stream music and movies via smartphones and computers you brought along. You can use DVDs from us. We provide PC loudspeakers. On the terrace or other places like the hammock on the property you are welcome to relax, sunbathe and unwind. Fire and barbecues are also possible. Guest access For the room and front door you get a key. So you can come and go as you wish. Other things to note We have two flats in the house, which we often rent separately. One on the ground floor and one upstairs. You do have the possibility to rent the complete house with both flats. Since the floor is made of thick reinforced concrete, you hardly hear anything from the users of the flat upstairs. Only the stairs creak up a bit. Most of the time there is not much going on in the house and it is wonderfully quiet. In our house (neighboring house) live two cats and two dogs, which love to walk around in the garden. If you are traveling with a dog, please leash it to protect our cats and not to unnecessarily stress our dog Merlina. Mahalo (thanks) :-) In this room, we also offer accommodation for a dog on board.
