Benvenuti is a lovely holiday home situated on the main Kaiteriteri ridge, north facing for the sun and overlooking the beautiful Abel Tasman National Park and beaches. It is a great place to relax and escape from it all. The house is conveniently located, with a 10 minute walk to the beach. "Benvenuti" is the Italian word for "welcome". The space Benvenuti has been designed with flexibility, comfort and luxury in mind. The spacious, fully self-contained two-level house comfortably caters for up to 8 people. Whether you are looking for a romantic retreat for two, or a fun-filled family holiday, benvenuti will cater for your needs and exceed your expectations. Benvenuti is not just about summer beach holidays either. Under-floor heating is available during winter months. For extra warmth there is a log fire. The Nelson Bays region enjoys many beautiful crisp clear days in winter – which helps make benvenuti ideal for a winter retreat. Please note that the person making the booking needs to be at least 25 years of age and be present at the house during the occupancy.
