The space This detached villa is a rare gem. It is secluded but close to the heart of Cannes, just 1.2 km to Festival Hall, 20 minutes walk to the seafront and beaches. The result is a combination of Provencale simplicity and sympathetic modernisation, retaining most of the original features. Although you are minutes from the centre of Cannes, the walled cottage garden and pool provide an atmosphere of privacy and tranquillity. The garden is shaded with Mediterranean shrubs, orange and fig trees and the patio, shaded by vines provides an ideal space for al fresco dining. In summer it does not get used much as guests prefer to enjoy the shaded patio ! Guest access Guests have the exclusive use of the garden, patio with dining area, BBQ and pool. garden furniture with wicker archers and sofas Parking for one standard size car on the villa' s grounds - PLEASE NO COMMERCIAL OR CAMPER VANS Other things to note We take pride of our villa which is furnished with care and garden which provides a fantastic setting to relax and enjoy meals and drinks on the shaded patio. The garden hosts a family of tortoises which are totally self sufficient and do not like to be handled. There is parking for one car on the premises. 300 euros housekeeping fee ( based on a 7 day-stay ) includes all bedlinen and towels, garden and pool maintenance and any assistance you may need with the villa or its equipment. Daily cleaning can also be arranged and paid directly to the maid. Additional housekeeping fee may be charged if villa and garden are not left in good order if rubbish has not been cleared and wheels bins havent been emptie changeovers of guests will be charged separately. Security deposit is 1800 euros for one week stay based on 6 guests staying at the villa. Please note that during the summer months the minimum stay is 6nights.
