The space This charming apartment is situated on the 2st floor of a typical Parisian building, it’s a 40 sqm ,1 bedroom and a living room. This apartment is an elegantly furnished 1 bedroom apartment with a double size bed plus a large living space with a convertible high quality sofa-bed where one more person can sleep. Located on the border of the 2nd and 3rd Arrondissement- le Haute Marais, a lively, cultural and highly trendy neighborhood, you will have the pleasure of enjoying 2 wonderful areas of Paris, The Marais and the Market Street of Rue Montorgueil, a few steps away. You are also walking distance to the Grands Boulevards area, l’Opera and Galeries Lafayette- a shoppers dream! Around this street you will found a lot of shops, bars, restaurant and supermarkets. Despite being in a vibrant neighborhood, the appartement is well isolated and the bedroom is very quiet as it is giving to the living room with double windows. The interior is as neat and tastefully decorated, the bathroom is equipped with a shower and a sink . Bed linen and towels provided.The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need to cook. You will find also a washing machine. The living room is large with a dining area and lounge area, paintings and decoration gives a very cosy and serene atmosphere.
