A newly renovated apartment located at the most vibrant district of the city, right next to the Belgrade Waterfront. Very central and well connected to every area of the city, it offers plenty to keep you busy close by. The space A small modern apartment, situated on the fifth floor and tucked away from the street, offers a quiet stay even while being located in one of liveliest neighborhoods of Belgrade. Recently refurbished in a minimalist fashion, it was meant to provide comfort in simplicity and to be practical above all. It features modular furniture from FEYDOM - a sofa that easily transforms to a double bed (160cm) or to two single ones (80cm). We'll set it up at your preference for your arrival, unless you request otherwise. The kitchen is fully equipped and it has everything you need including a small bar that serves as a table. Although a bit tiny, the bathroom is modern, functional and most importantly clean. There is a desk incorporated with the cabinets and a fast, reliable WiFi connection if you would like to get some work done. Guest access You will have the apartment all to yourself. We will provide you with clean towels and bed linen. The apartment will be perfectly clean for you arrival, and for longer stays we will clean it in agreement with you. Our building benefits from free public parking out front, a rarity in the city center. Given its popularity, spaces fill up quickly. To assist, we can reserve a spot for you by parking our own car there and moving it upon your arrival. Please note, if you vacate the spot during your stay, we cannot guarantee its availability upon your return. For peace of mind, consider keeping your car parked throughout your stay and enjoy exploring the city by foot or public transport. If you like cycling, the bike path along the river Sava is 1km away from the apartment and it stretches to Marina Dorcol on the right (passing by Beton Hala, kula Nebojsa, Lower Kalemegdan, 25. Maj - around 3.5km) and to Ada Ciganlija on the left (around 4km). When you arrive to Ada Ciganlija there is 8 more kilometers around the lake. You can cross the river via Ada bridge, enjoy the spectacular view and experience the northern bank of Sava. There is an alternative crossing if you get tired from cycling - you can take a cheap boat across the river (with your bike) from Ada Ciganlija to the northern side. From there you can explore New Belgrade further - there are 50km of bike paths intertwining around the blocks, and you can circle back to right where you started - if you head to Brankov bridge and cross it, you are back at Savamala and only 1km away from the apartment. Other things to note No Smoking Policy: This is a strictly non-smoking apartment. Smoking inside is not allowed under any circumstances. If any signs of smoking (including smell, ashes, or cigarette butts) are detected after check-out, a deep cleaning fee of €50-€100 will be charged.
