This house offers the perfect stay for those who are looking to live tiny and also experience the unique environment of a rural farm in Buckley, WA and within 45min of SeaTac. Built from Pocket Mansions is the Emerald Lodge, an 18-foot tiny house that is located on farm property in Buckley, Washington. The exterior features a wooden sunburst over the bay window with alternating gold and copper sunbeams. The exterior siding is a mix of emerald green steel Snap-Loc and beveled cedar siding. The tiny home has a main living area that transforms from a dining room with fold down table and four chairs, to a bedroom with full size bed that rolls out from under a bench. Along with the main floor bedroom area, the Emerald Lodge has a bedroom loft with full size bed and skylight directly above the pillows for night time viewing of the stars. Next to the bed is a large area that can be used as a closet and TV on upstairs floor with Netflix, Prime, local TV, and much more free streaming platforms. The house has a wifi throughout the house The kitchen is outfitted with a concrete countertop, cedar cabinets, hammered nickel sink, and open upper shelves. Appliances include a microwave, cooktop, coffee maker, and under counter refrigerator. The bathroom features a full size bathtub built into the floor, a metal shower surround, a skylight, and a large hammered nickel sink mounted on a handmade maple slab with pewter inlays. There is also a Separett waterless compost toilet and custom cedar shelves for bath towels. The door access code will be provided the day of check in. Emerald Lodge is located on a farm with other Airbnb tiny houses. We are here to help you, and live 15min away to help at anytime Tiny Home Community on the farm on the edge of Bonney Lake. We're right off the highway within easy transport of Uber and personal vehicles. Paved access to gravel parking. Day time noise from highway is noticeable but the property is rural with Elk grazing at times and even a Coyote barking in the distance. We have events occasionally with lots of cars but otherwise quiet farm. We have a lot of tiny homes on the land with more in production. Come try it tiny!
