Also has a lounge area with a hammock where you can take a nap or make some bbq. Great space for couples,or small families. 💥YOU CAN ADD UP TO 4 PERSONS FOR AN EXTRA FEE $55 PER GUEST PER STAY💥 LET US KNOW BEFORE BOOKING TO HELP YOU ❗IMPORTANT❗ This property at the moment doesn't count with a power generator . Most of the time we have our maintenance team near or in the area,they never have a contact with the guest if is not required. Any issue please free to contact us and we will coordinate with the maintenance team immediately ‼️IMPORTANT NOTICE: If you are planning to have visits or a get together this need to be notified to apply the correct charges( it has a fee for a pass day/event from 2 up to 30 persons) 📣No other persons are welcome without a notice .❗️We have security cameras. ONLY outside the pool and parking area,there is strictly prohibited to disconnect the WIFI router of the house (we control pool system and lights, as well as cameras ) ✅️We are PET FRIENDLY (extra charge of 55dlls per stay per pet. Villa 181 has also a patio area with a hammock and a lounge area. Common spaces: There is a gazebo near the beach and a little pathway to get to the beach. (this 2 spaces will be share with other guest of Caribbean 181 property next to this one) Other things to note This area is private ,although the street and the beach is not ours ,sometimes you can see passing in the street and also the police taking care of the whole area. Quiet hours until 11pm We protect security of our guests. For this reason we have installed a security system. The following outdoor cameras in use: 1. Outdoor camera front door (covering entry area, stairs & pool) 3. Outdoor camera in the left side of the Villa MAINTANANCE DOOR/ENTRY ONLY. 4. Outdoor camera at road ( cover all the road entrance and hammock /lounge area)
