Our place is located in the serene place away from hustle-bustle of the city and is perfect for people looking for comfortable homestay. It is a single bedroom with open kitchen and lobby area. Working desk is provided with 30 Mbps WiFi. Homestay is located within 5-7 km from all tourist hotspots. It is just 45 min drive from the airport and 15 min from bus stand/Railway station. Scooty on rent can be provided at affordable rates. Pease go through detailed description given below before booking. The space Kindly go through the entire description of property before booking the place. 1. We offer discounts on Long-term stays. Bookings that are made for 10 days or more, electricity charges are excluded. We will be taking Rs. 400 per day as a safety deposit at the time of check-in which will be returned after deducting electricity charges. If the usage is more, guest have to pay the balance amount. 2. Early check-in and late check-outs depend on the prior/following day bookings. If prior and following dates are available, we can block the dates for you at 50% the booking price. 3. The place is properly cleaned after every checkout. During the stay, cleaning will happen everyday in morning hours. 4. It's a 1 BHK apartment with all the basic amenities including water purifier, Gas stove, refrigerator and Kitchenware. 5. For your entertainment we have provided television with Netflix, Zee5, Amazon prime subscription and Sonyliv subscription on request. Please call to request for these subscription. 6. Wi-fi connectivity at 30 mbps is accessible in the entire apartment. The internet service is provided by Jio Fiber and is suitable for work from home. In case you want to upgrade the plan to increase the speed, we can do it with extra charges. You will get the password once you check-in. 7. Working desk and chair is provided in the hall. 8. Bathroom accessories are provide including towel, hand towels, and soap bar. 9. We provide clean blankets and bedsheets. It will be kept in the storage compartments. 10. Our space has abundant storage to keep your stuff. 11. We provide extra mattress on request for the third person with extra guest charges. We request you to fill the number of guests accurately. 12. The stay is in residential colony which is 1.5 km away from main Veerbhadra road. We recommend guests to come by their own/rented vehicles. Ola and Uber are not available in Rishikesh. In case you are not coming on your own vehicle, we can provide you with scooty on rent at discounted prices. 13. The room will be on third floor and is accessible by lift. 14. Parking is available inside the premise based on availability. If full, guest need to park outside the premise on street which is safe. 15. Since it is an apartment building with other room adjacent to it, we request guest to not make any noise after 10 pm. 16. Washing machine is provided in this apartment. Guest have to do their own laundry. Rope for hanging clothes out is also made available. 17. Guest are requested to wash their dishes before check-out. In case you have left dishes without washing, we will request you to pay Rs 100 to maid for doing the dishes. 18. Provisions for providing lunch can be made available on request. 19. Smoking is not allowed in the room. We request guest to smoke in the balcony or Terrace. 20. Shampoo and basic groceries (sugar, salt, etc.) will be provided on request. 21. In case of any damage, we will go through the process of Aircover by Airbnb where they may ask you to pay the damage fee. Guest access The guest have entire access to their private room, lobby, and kitchen which is not shared with others. The terrace is also accessible but shared with other guests/residents. Other things to note Guest need to follow certain rules when they are staying at our place. 1. Guest need to either do the dishes on their own or pay the maid to wash it before checking out. 2. Smoking is prohibited in the room. Guest should smoke in the balcony or on terrace. It is difficult for us to ventilate the rooms after check-out if guest smoke in the room. 3. Guest should switch off Lights/Fan/ AC when they leave the premise. We are requesting not just for electricity bill but we genuinely care for environment and hate wastage of any sort.
