Play freely on golf course after 5pm - 15 min to Austin airport, amphitheatre, F1 track - 12 min away from Barton Springs, Zilker Park, ACL festival - Couches are sleeper sofas -Pet fee is $3 The space Absolutely no parties—$10,000 fine if guests are caught having a party. Other things to note Please be honest about the number of guests and any pets. The cameras will pick up this information and guests will be charged accordingly. No shoes in the house The two seated dining room bar table has been replaced with a round dining room table with four chairs VERY IMPORTANT- Hard rule: no shoes in the house. This keeps the home clean so guests aren't sitting on the couches and bed with shoes on but also the flooring is very sensitive and picks up any sort of scuff mark caused by shoes.   VERY IMPORTANT - Hard rule: Absolutely NO SMOKING (cigarettes/cigars/marijuana/vape/etc) of any sort in the house. There will be a $10,000 fine for any smoking in the house. (6 months ago someone smoked in the house and ended up causing $8000 in damage). VERY IMPORTANT- (for those with dogs) across the street from the home there are always people walking around the golf course and directly across from you people often bring their dogs to play in the grass and with other dogs. If your dog is the type to run up to windows to see who is outside please make sure to pull the blinds up above their head level so that they don’t damage the blinds running back and forth behind the blinds. We had a dog damage one of the blinds a couple years ago and they are very, very expensive. VERY IMPORTANT - (for those with pets). Please do not let your pets on the furniture and if they use the bathroom in the yard please clean that stuff up. VERY IMPORTANT - when standing inside the home, in the living room, looking outside if you want to open the big sliding glass doors in the living room please only open the door on the right. The one on the left has a broken wheel and is very hard to close if it is opened. In fact doesn’t really open to begin with. Waiting for parts to come in for the repair.
