Condo #4 Layout: First floor- There are 2 bedrooms downstairs. 1st bedroom has 1 queen size bed and the 2nd bedroom has 2 full size beds. There is also a full size bathroom and washer and dryer. 2nd floor- Kitchen, living-room with a balcony, and a half bathroom. *A/C unit is located in the living-room. Other things to note Verizon and T-mobile are the only cell services that have reception in the area. Wifi is available. Network name and password are listed in Guest Manual. Wood-stove is decoration only. Guests are not permitted to use it. This area has hard water. We provide 6 bottles of water upon Check-In. Train tracks are close by with train passing every so often.
