We do everything we can to ensure your privacy & quiet enjoyment of the property. It is a private property, we need to know who is on it at all times for their safety. This is a working property there are livestock & there will be animal poop – watch your step! There will also be (from time to time) cattle being moved or located by four-wheeler bikes & occasionally tractor work. This is a bushland setting & there will be bugs of all varieties. We do our best to keep them out of the Yurt & Bathroom facilities & remind our guests to do the same. Keep the doors shut at all times, or you never know what might be sharing your bed or shower! We’re here to help, if you do find a bug you can’t stand as a room-mate & don’t wish to remove it yourself, give us a call. The sounds you will mostly hear are birdsong & the breeze in the trees, however sound travels in quiet surroundings. Water is a great conductor of sound & from time to time you may hear sounds from far away which may include some traffic sounds & gunshots. This is not a regular occurrence but we don’t wish you to be alarmed if you do hear this. It may sound very close but will actually be neighbouring farmers scaring off foxes. We do not shoot on our property, nor allow anyone else to do so. Other things to note This is a bushland setting so there is nature of all varieties.
