Cozy bed & bath in a small oasis in the city center

Cozy guest area in a townhouse in the city center with a peaceful location and access to a nice yard/garden. Close to the pedestrian street, shopping, café, bakery, ferry to Fanø. Bedroom to the garden with a good 1.5-person bed. Small kitchen with mini fridge, microwave, etc., as well as dining area. Private bathroom/toilet in the hallway in connection with the entrance. The guest section is connected to the rest of the house, but you have it to yourself. Private entrance. Note: No locked bicycle parking. Suitable for accommodation for 1 person or a couple. Not suitable for babies. The space We live in a renovated townhouse from 1899, which is on 3 floors. It takes a little time to get from the 2nd floor down to the living room, so be patient on arrival when you have knocked - I will come! The property is built in red brick and is the only one on its part of the road that has a large balcony facing the street, so it is easy to spot. We prefer not to have a doorbell, so contact us by knocking. When we know our guests' arrival time, we make sure to be home to greet them in person so we can show them the place. During your stay During their stay, guests can contact me on the Airbnb app or text if they need anything, have questions, etc. I'll respond as soon as I can. Other things to note The home is not suitable for babies and is only for a maximum of 2 people. Bookings for more than 2 are not accepted. No pets/animals allowed. We do not offer locked bicycle parking. Bicycles can be parked at the house facade (out to the street) and must NOT pulled into the house and only into the gate by appointment.
