The Villa Sunshine Garden is located in a very quiet residential area right on a small lake in Lehigh Acres. It is furnished to a high standard and ideal as a holiday home for up to 6 people. The space The villa Sunshine Garden has a living space of approximately 2.000 foot² and is fully air conditioned. The bright and nicely furnished living area with open kitchen and attached dining area is fully furnished for 6 people. From here you have a wonderful view of the terrace and the pool area. The kitchen is fully and comfortably equipped with all necessary electrical appliances, as well as crockery and glasses. The small dining bar invites you to a cozy conversation while cooking. In the modern living area you enjoy relaxing evenings with a large flat screen TV and a stereo system. The three bedrooms are exclusively furnished with a king size bed and high-quality furniture. The master bedroom has a TV and a separate dressing room. The two bathrooms with large shower or shower and bath and one toilet each are functional and tastefully furnished. The Villa Sunshine Garden has a beautiful large pool area. The pool is heated with an environmentally friendly solar system. The spacious covered terrace is equipped with a dining table and chairs for 6 people and comfortable sun loungers. The large gas grill invites you to cozy barbecue evenings with culinary delights. The entire pool and terrace area is completely covered with a screen (mosquito net) to protect against insects and coarse dirt. Guest access Our guests can use the Villa Sunshine Garden for their own use. We wish you a relaxing and pleasant stay! Other things to note Important News: Due to the COVID-19 virus, we take special care to disinfect frequently used surfaces between the individual bookings. New Installation in 2020: New refrigerator. New installation in 2019: New water treatment system to have clear and clean water all day. The brand new equipment was installed due to water smell issues during summer 2019. In addition the new water treatment system will be managed on a monthly basis to ensure the highest level of water quality! For families with small children, we have put emphasis on a kid-friendly amenities. The villa also has a Wi-Fi for free use. Please note that there is no guarantee for the availability of the internet connection (Wi-Fi). Due to the internet provider we are not able to provide a business like service. Don't plan any "home office" activities. Instead of this enjoy the Florida sun! In the utility room washing machine and dryer are available. The gate of the double garage is electrically operated (remote control) and the garage has direct access to the house. As there are guests who are allergic to pets, the cottage is not rented to guests bringing their pets. We ask for your understanding for this decision. Our home is a non smoking vacation rental.
