Waypoint House is a full service Bed and Breakfast. The Hearth and Home Room features the warm tones of gold and crimson which invite you to simply stay a while. The Hearth and Home Room has its own private bath with shower located just down the hall from the room. Please note that accessing this room requires the use of a staircase. A hot, homemade breakfast is part of your B+B experience! A warm, spacious room with a wood burning fireplace to enjoy in the cooler months. Your private bathroom with shower is located just down the hall from the room. Cozy bathrobes are provided in room for your convenience. Breakfast is included during your stay! Guests have access to their room, separate bathroom, the parlor on the main floor of the house, the dining room, and the outside garden areas. The dining room has a shared mini-fridge for guests to use for storage of personal items. All reservations are self check-in. You will receive detailed instructions prior to your arrival. Owners live on property. Check-in is between 3:00-6:00pm. Check -out is 11:00am. Located in the historic district of Berryville, we are just two blocks from our Main Street where you can enjoy shopping and multiple dining options. Off-street parking available on the property. We are not located near public transportation options. Pets live in residence but are kept to the owners quarters while guests are on property. All rooms are located on the second floor of the house accessed via a staircase. We do not offer any first floor rooms. Outside surveillance is used to secure the outside parking areas. We cannot accept children under the age of 10. If you are traveling with a child age 10 or older, please call the inn directly to make arrangements. State and local taxes will be collected from the guest at the time of check-in totaling 9.3% of the reservation total. Taxes, which are separate from Airbnb room charges and service fees, are not collected by Airbnb.
