The area of the house is 260 m The garden is 800 m. There are apricot, pear, cherry and poplar trees in the garden. The house has 6 bedrooms, 2 kitchens and 3 bathrooms. There is a barbecue and a sauna outside. There is parking-place for up till 4 cars. Up to 15 people can spend the night.
